Sharing Spirits 2020; We made plans for you.

In this new year, we are thrilled about the new opportunities to support the work of Catholic Charities of Acadiana, especially with the upcoming Sharing Spirits event at Rock n Bowl de Lafayette.

Here's how this thing came to be. 

In late 2018, a group of young professionals came together with a vision of developing community support for the programs of Catholic Charities of Acadiana. What came out of those community conversations was a fun networking event at Rock n Bowl that focused on local "celebrities" making and serving cocktails, great food and a fun joie de vivre atmosphere of bowling and friendship. Simple layout that turned into a very festive event with supporters of all ages (and bowling abilities) coming together to celebrate the goodness of the community that we live in. It was a super easy way to support the work of CCA, but also to invite new friends into the growing support network of our organization that assists thousands of individuals who are experiencing hunger, homelessness and poverty in Acadiana.

We are geeked that this years Sharing Spirits will be on Thursday, January 23rd at Rock n Bowl in Lafayette. Tickets and sponsorships can be purchased by clicking here. We'll have the Souled Out full band with us this year, along with local celebrity cocktail chefs such as Lynsey & Kyle Braniff, Elizabeth & David Cortese, Liz Webb Hebert & Nanette Cook, Jim Keaty & Jean Paul Coussan and Iva Clement. More may be added, but each chef will have their own special drink for you to sample. Food, beverages, fantastic live music and Uber discounts there and back? Count me in.

This is a night that you want to be a part of. One that perfectly matches ones desire for community with a new years resolution to serve the most vulnerable in our community.
