Join us in celebrating the good works that the Lord has done through the programs of Catholic Charities of Acadiana at our annual Mass and awards banquet. Tomorrow is the deadline for purchasing tickets for our inaugural awards banquet, honoring several individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to the charitable work of Catholic Charities of Acadiana. Awardees include:
Good Samaritan Award – Jennifer Briggs, John Koury, Father Garrett McIntyre, and Harvest Call
Msgr. Sigur Legacy Award – The Order of Malta
Benevolence Award – Blake and Amber David
During the banquet, Catholic Charities of Acadiana will also present a $200,000 donation to Catholic Charities of Houma-Thibodaux to assist in their long-term recovery effort from Hurricane Ida.
