BIG Hearts in Action: The Event to Power the 337 to support the Msgr. Sigur Center

BIG 102.1 and Acadiana Broadcasting Group announce BIG Hearts in Action: The Event to Power the 337, Sunday November 6th, at Rock n Bowl Lafayette. It will be a fun afternoon of music and dancing at Rock n’ Bowl Lafayette featuring Acadiana’s premier show band, Three Thirty-Seven!

All proceeds from this event will be donated to The Msgr. Sigur Center branch of Catholic Charities of Acadiana.  According to Ben Broussard with Catholic Charities of Acadiana, the average number of phone calls received each day for financial assistance is over 450. That’s correct; close to 10,000 individuals and families are struggling for financial survival and reaching out to the Msgr. Sigur Center for help. Unfortunately, the center is close to $20,000 short each month of what is being requested.

 Making a difference in our community is a core value of BIG 102.1 and Acadiana Broadcasting Group, that’s why we have partnered with Ricky Smith’s Audio and Mendoza Ford for this important community effort.

Tickets are $60 per person at RocknBowl.com and include bar brand mixed drinks, select bottled beers, select draft beers, wine, fountain soft drinks and small bites.

The event is open to ages 13 and older.
