Visite De Broussard supporting St. Michael Center for Veterans

Visite De Broussard, a half marathon organized by the Southside Runners, is more than just a race—it's a celebration of community, health, and this year, it’s supporting St. Michael Center for Veterans, a program of Catholic Charities of Acadiana.

Set to take place on September 15, 2024, this inaugural event will lead runners through the scenic streets of historic Broussard, Louisiana. Starting and ending at the Broussard Sports Complex, participants will experience the town's charm as they race through key landmarks like Main Street and S. Bernard Road. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or new to running, Visite De Broussard offers an opportunity for everyone to join in this exciting community event.

This year's race proudly supports St. Michael Center for Veterans, a program of Catholic Charities of Acadiana, dedicated to assisting veterans experiencing homelessness. By participating in Visite De Broussard, runners will not only achieve personal milestones but will also contribute to a meaningful cause, helping veterans exiting a street level experience of homelessness in Acadiana.
