Facilitators would also need to be available as much as possible on the following dates/times at the Downtown Convention Center on S Buchanan:

Thursday, January 25, 2023 - 5:30-8:30pm
Thursday, March 21, 2024 - 5:30-8:30pm
Thursday, May 23, 2024 - 5:30-8:30pm

Responsibilities for table facilitators include :

-Organizing materials at a small group table
-Recording attendance of participants at table
-Inviting input from all table participants 
-Recording participant input as needed

Dinner is provided for all volunteers and participants.
